What the window does
Four pieces of work
KYC
The window identifies the company or the person first. Registry or passport, address, and the person who may sign.
AML
Sanctions, politically exposed persons, source of funds, source of wealth. A hit is a question, not a slogan.
Audit
The window may open the file again. A further document, a wallet path, or a meeting. No reply, and the admission stops.
Investment admission
A mandate is offered only after the file is accepted. The window does not take a public deposit.
Not accepted
What is not a file
- The public is not a client.
- An introduction without documents is not a file.
- A company without its owners is incomplete.
- Silence after a further question closes the admission.
- A false statement is a ground for refusal.
